Support the Barrios Family After Tragic Loss

We are family friends of the Barrios family. The Barrios family tragically lost their son Brysen on 9/4/24.

At just 19, Brysen left us far too soon, leaving an irreplaceable void in our hearts. Those who had the privilege of knowing him can attest to the extraordinary person he was. Brysen was a beacon of kindness, caring, and joy, always bringing fun and enthusiasm to every moment.

He had a deep love for the outdoors, finding joy in hiking, camping, and fishing, and he treasured the time spent with his family. Taking long walks with his beloved dog, Gizmo, brought him great happiness. Brysen was not only a devoted son but also an incredible brother and a loyal friend to many.

In his academic pursuits, he excelled as an honor-roll student, earning numerous accolades. On the football field, he was a standout player, thriving under the Friday night lights alongside teammates he regarded as brothers. His generous spirit and infectious joy were unmatched, and he loved country dancing, eagerly anticipating the nights he could starch his jeans and shirt, put on his cowboy boots and Stetson hat to take his girl dancing.

Brysen was deeply cherished by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a true gift to his family and made a significant impact on countless lives. His absence will be felt profoundly, and he will be sorely missed.

Though this is one of the hardest things the Barrios family has ever walked, they know their son Brysen is now in the arms of Jesus, and they find peace in knowing he is home with our Father in Heaven. ✝️

This fund will help the Barrios family cover funeral expenses as well as get back on their feet after such a sudden and difficult loss.
