Support the Boonie Flight Project
Donation protected
The Boonie Flight Project emerged to help solve the dog overpopulation issue here in Guam.
Our small island is currently home to over 60,000+ homeless stray dogs.
We sadly do not have enough homes on island to foster or adopt these pups, and every day there is a new litter of puppies being found. Our foster programs on island are also at critical levels, and we simply do not have enough humans on island to care for the number of dogs we have. These animals need to find a home off island, but unfortunately it is extremely expensive to fly dogs to the US from Guam. Current estimates for a single adult dog range from $2,000-$4,000+ depending on size and weight...
But that is where the Boonie Flight Project comes in.
Our adoption fees for puppies currently only help cover a portion of the cost of the plane ticket. It does not cover the whole ticket, or any other costs associated with preparing the puppies to fly.
And our adoption fees for adult dogs are subsidized by generous donors like yourself.
In order to keep operating and ensure that Boonies will continue to fly, we need your support.
Thank you for helping us Save the Dogs of Guam!
