Help the Burks while Adeline is in the PICU

Adeline Burks was admitted to the PICU at CHOA Scottish Rite On November 16th for rhinovirus, pneumonia, and viral meningitis. While there she spent weeks intubated and was transferred to CHOA Egleston where she had heart surgery to close a huge hole in her heart on December 26th.

Both Nathan and Bella have been actively by her side day in and day out driving to and from the hospital, while trying to spend as much time with their 2 year-old as possible.

They are both currently out of work, and expenses are not going anywhere. Nathan is a SRO and one of Forsyth County's Finest Deputies, if I do say so myself.

The hope and prayer of setting up this go-fund-me is to provide relief to the day-to-day costs that they are currently running through, quickly.

Through your donations, we're helping them not have to worry about another thing as they focus their time and energy on Adeline getting healthy, and home, and spending time with Charlotte as much as they are able.

Nathan is providing updates every so often to keep you posted on how Addie is doing. She is spending her time in the CACU working on getting strong so she can come home to her family as soon as possible.
