Support the Busbey Family After a Devastating House Fire in Middletown, NY
We are saddened to inform you that on August 16, 2024, the Busbey family’s lives were forever changed when a tragic fire swept through their home on Knapp Avenue in Middletown, New York. The early morning blaze claimed the life of one family member and left five others with injuries requiring urgent medical attention. The loss and devastation are immeasurable, and the family now faces the overwhelming task of rebuilding their lives amidst this tragedy.
The fire, which engulfed the three-story home, left little time for escape. Firefighters heroically battled the fire throughout the early morning. Despite their brave efforts, one family member tragically did not survive, and the survivors are grappling with severe injuries and the emotional toll of this loss. All of this occurred within moments, leaving the Busbey family with nothing but memories of what was once their home.
Now, Nick and Melanie’s family are coming together to mobilize resources, hoping to restore what they can as they begin the long process of healing and recovery. However, this journey will not be easy, and they cannot do it alone. They are reaching out to the community for support—whether through prayers, financial donations, sharing their story, or offering emotional encouragement.
How You Can Help:
