Support the Café Soleil Team and the Rebuild

Café Soleil family, it is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to reach out for help.

After Helene hit it was our hope to be there for those affected by the hurricane who lost so much. For the few days we were open in between the storms watching this community come together and pour out love for one another in tragedy was incredible.

Never did we imagine that Milton would be so destructive. The amount of rain and wind caused major flooding in the unit above us and destroyed our walls, furniture, ceilings, equipment and supplies.

All the love put into building the café earlier this year, unfortunately was destroyed. Knowing the blood, sweat and tears our team put into making this a beautiful gathering place for our community is heartbreaking. As a Business owner that has been the hardest part for me.

Many of you have followed our journey as we moved from espresso machines to power drills and back. We are confident we WILL rebuild.

We are now in a position of trying to figure out how we can survive like many small businesses in our area. Many of our team members have lost their homes, cars and now a place to work.

Can you help us?

As the owner, I commit to use 100% of the funds collected to pay our STAFF while they are out of work and on items needed to put our beautiful café back together.

We survived Covid, we survived storms in the past, we survived red tide, we survived having to relocate and rebuild... we will survive this!

It is going to take us a minute, BUT we will be back and ready to greet you with a hug, coffee and a warm croissant.
