Support the Connelly Family After Tim's Passing

Hello all. This GoFundMe is set up to assist Darlina Connelly, Kayla Connelly, and Hannah Connelly in the burial expenses of Timothy Connelly. It is also set to help Darlina for the next few months to adjust to life without Tim. Timothy "Timmy" Connelly courageously fought ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Tim was diagnosed in 2020 officially with ALS after a misdiagnosis of CIDP. During this time, Darlina was the daily health care provider, along with her two daughters, Kayla and Hannah. Over the last 4 years, Tim underwent multiple procedures to prolong his life so he could be with his daughters, grandsons, and wife as long as he could. Tim's hard-fought battle against ALS came to an end on Saturday, September 7th, 2024. Darlina "Dar," being the sole caretaker, has been out of the work field for the last 4 years taking care of Tim because not only were they husband and wife, they were also business partners in the custom cabinet industry. They were a dynamic team, doing everything together. This chronic illness has depleted a lot of the money from Tim and Dar, and any and all help will be appreciated. Tim's care and treatment always came first to Dar, no matter the cost. Private donations are also accepted; please contact privately if you wish to do so. Tim will be laid to rest privately with immediate family. There will be a Celebration of Life in the next few weeks. Multiple family members and friends will be traveling from out of state to attend. Details will be posted at a later date. All donations will be given to Dar for funeral expenses, final medical expenses, and to give her some time to grieve the loss of her husband without the worries of finances. Thanks for any donation.
