Hi, my name is Lindsay and I'm a friend of Jamie Davalos and her family. She has been an amazing nurse for over 15 years and is 7 months pregnant with her second baby boy. She currently has a two year old named Owen. On May 21, Jamie's husband Eric died unexpectantly in his sleep. The heartbreak and internal sadness family and friends feel is insufferable. I am using this platform as a means to raise money for her family. This money would help with her healthcare expenses, being she was on her husband's health insurance. It would also serve her children's future needs. Jamie's future is unknown, including where she will live, being their families are bicoastal. But what is known is that this money will serve a family that needs help and support due to this tragedy. Eric Davalos, who was in his late 30s, was happy and healthy. He had no significant medical conditions and also worked in healthcare. It would be great to give back to a family, who has given so much to their community.

Jamie and Eric met in San Francisco over ten years ago, when Jamie was travel nursing. Engaged in 2015 and married in 2017, they decided to make Philadelphia their permanent residence and start a family. Although Eric has passed, Jamie and Eric's love is eternal and timeless, and his legacy will be forever imprinted through his son Owen and his unborn baby boy.
