Help the DiLorenzo Family Fight Unlawful Eviction

Hello, my name is Charlie DiLorenzo, my family and I have been targeted and given an immediate eviction order - it specifically relates to a conversation not over finances, that I had with a leasing agent where we reside since relocating to the great State of Tennessee. (I will explain that further) I will be using any donations specifically for legal council and any fees that occur.

I come with years of military tactical training, spent time in executive protection and have been a friend of multiple levels of law enforcement agencies and an active second amendment advocate, as well as spoken on Podcasts regarding those topics.

Since relocating to Tennessee from NY, we leased a condo outside of Nashville.

We have dealt with several security issues on property and abusive parties from people that don’t reside here etc. Over the last year; I along with other tenants have tried to hold the leasing management to some sort of accountability to no avail.

They have known me to be nothing short of polite, courteous, and a gentleman when bringing circumstances to their attention.

Recently, my wife and I stopped by the office to ask if they were aware that during a recent party in the common area; there were young kids who vandalized the main fire pit.

I was given the status quo response “their security cameras don’t work” … I reminded them that is the same repetitive answer to the last (3) incidents and that god forbid any female is attacked or worse within the premises they’d be sued into oblivion. I then gave a hyperbole example and said; “If I were to walk down a hallway with an AR-15 all of a sudden and magically the cameras would work” Clearly mocking the non-working cameras.

4 business days later, I was emailed a 3-day to vacate under “making threats of physical violence, has jeopardized the safety and welfare of the residents of the apartment community”

I immediately called local PD, just to go record with transparency, the officer confirmed “it was BS and no threat was made at all”

We’re used to being in the position to help others and I wouldn’t have imagined being in the situation I am now. Just 12 months ago, I left a just under six-figure salary to relocate to Tennessee and haven’t secured an equal position yet.

Between the pay-cut I’ve been on and my wife who works in the school system with kids with autism, we’ve been able to maintain.

This circumstance has led me to ask the community to consider helping us fight this injustice and fraudulent accusations.
