hi! my name is NJ and i’m an atlanta-based singer/songwriter. I started singing basically right out of the womb, and I very quickly knew my passion in life. I started (seriously) writing in 2019 and fell in love with crafting my own songs. I released my first single (POV) at the end of that year, and i’ve been doing it ever since. For the longest time I’ve dreamed of releasing an album full of my own original music. I didn’t think it would be possible for years and years. Recently, I went through a lot of changes in my life and I realized…. what better time than now? I wrote some very personal and vulnerable songs that have helped me heal in so many ways, and I dream of helping others through these songs too. Connecting with people through music is all I ever wanna do with my life.

I made this GoFund me because as everyone knows, music careers are very expensive. This body of work is being crafted by some of the most talented people I know, and I want to be able to pour everything into it. From production costs, to mastering costs, photography, promotion, distribution, studio time, etc. I have been funding everything leading up to this moment completely by myself, but if I had some help it could change everything.

Every single penny donated would be going into this project, and I have some cute ideas of how to show my gratitude & appreciation <3
