Support The Dunn Family After Medical Emergency

Hi, my name is Nicholas Dunn and I am a father of a family of 3. My family includes my wife, Rebeka, who is a full time student in her last semester of college, and Oscar, our 16 month old son. I recently broke my leg and underwent ankle surgery which has caused me to be out of work for a minimum of 4 months without pay. While I am fortunate to have job protection, I am ineligible for any short term disability or financial assistance. We have applied for SSDI, emergency cash assistance, and PFML, among other programs but have sadly been denied. Like many Americans, we were blindsided by how this medical emergency has impacted our finances. Almost overnight we became unable to make ends meet. Between childcare, bills, new medical bills, insurance, food, and baby products we have found ourselves in a desperate situation. While I expect nothing, I am making this GoFundMe in the hopes that we can get some support during this desperate time in our lives.
