Support the Dunteman Family After Tragic Loss
Donation protected
My brother-in-law, Isaac Dunteman, and his family are in urgent need of support. Isaac has been battling long-Covid, which has caused kidney damage and significant mental health issues, among other symptoms. This has left him unable to work and struggling to function in daily life. We are humbly asking for your support to help cover the mounting medical bills, and ensure that his family’s essential living expenses are covered while he is unable to work.
Isaac is a devoted husband and father to five wonderful children, ranging from ages 5 to 15. He has always been the rock of his family, providing for them through his work as an auto mechanic. However, everything changed when he contracted Covid-19 three years ago. The virus was severe and left him with lasting effects, including depression, anxiety, and kidney damage. Isaac’s condition has gradually worsened, and recently took a sudden turn — he now has extreme near-sightedness from double vision as well as difficulty standing and walking due to weakness.
Isaac’s condition has rendered him unable to continue working at the auto repair shop he owns, which is the primary source of income for his family. To make matters worse, the closure of IHOPKC has drastically decreased their business and their only other technician has recently given his two weeks’ notice, leaving the family with no income and no choice but to close the shop. The situation is overwhelming, and $5500 is needed urgently for initial time-sensitive treatments.
How You Can Help
We are asking for your support to cover Isaac’s medical expenses and provide some financial stability for his family during this challenging time. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference. Your generosity will help them afford:
- Urgent medical treatments and medications
- Inpatient stays and doctor visits
- Daily living expenses for Isaac’s wife and five children
Your Impact
By contributing to this fund, you are not only helping financially but also providing emotional support and hope to Isaac and his family. If you know Isaac, you know that for the past fourteen years he has poured himself into helping his community. Now, Isaac and his family need your help. Your kindness and generosity will help them focus on what truly matters: supporting Isaac through his recovery journey and maintaining stability for his precious family.
