Support the Dzitkowski family after their loss

Donation protected
Hello, I am Jessica Dzitkowski, the youngest among my four siblings in the Dzitkowski family. Currently, I am seeking assistance in raising funds for the funeral expenses of my second oldest brother. Damian Dzitkowski.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Damian at 1:11am on September 22, 2024, as a result of complications from liver failure.
In these difficult times, we are in desperate need of support to ensure Damian receives the proper and dignified funeral that aligns with our family's distinctive tradition.
Damian Dzitkowski was born on January 11,1993 in Chicago, IL.
Damian spent most of his
childhood alongside his grandmother and two siblings in Chicago, Illinois, where he attended Locke Elementary School. Additionally, Damian attended Polish school at St. James Church in Chicago, further enriching his cultural and educational experiences.
Later, he relocated to Crystal Lake, Illinois, to live with his father. Damian continued his education at Crystal Lake Central High School and successfully graduated.

Damian played a significant role in helping to raise his two younger sisters, ensuring they had everything they needed. Known for his selflessness, he was always available to lend a hand whenever someone needed him. Damian had a knack for offering wise advice, and he would drop everything instantly to come to your aid if there was a way he could help.

Damian's presence touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all those he encountered. In this sorrowful time, he is survived by his first daughter, Zofia Dzitkowski, named after his late mother, and his youngest son, Giuseppe Dzitkowski & Wife Samantha Dzitkowski.
Damian will be fondly remembered as a devoted father, brother and uncle to a total of 15 nieces and nephews. His beloved wife now faces the daunting task of sharing this heartbreaking news with their children and starting anew. As we navigate through this challenging period, we humbly seek all the support and love we can gather. Damian's memory will forever be cherished by the multitude of souls he touched.

Damian found joy in his favorite hobby of working on house projects. His future dream included becoming his own boss one day in the future.

Your generosity, no matter the amount, will make a significant difference in helping to cover the expenses for Damian's funeral. We express our heartfelt gratitude in advance for any support you can offer. Thank you.
