Support the Family of Erland Herfindahl

On August 6, 2022, the world lost Erland Herfindahl – a dedicated husband and father, a patriot who devoted his career to serving his country, and a kind and generous human committed to bettering the world around him. The passing of Erland is truly unfathomable, heartbreaking, and deeply felt by many.

Erland leaves behind a grieving family. He met the love of his life, Esther, while studying abroad in Kenya, and they have been married for 20 years. Together, they raised two sons, Nils and Ove, who, like Esther, are contemplating life without their rock.

As Esther, Nils, and Ove begin their new life in Rochester, MN, near Erland’s parents Grant and Hege, they could use whatever support you feel comfortable gifting. Any leftover funds after covering current expenses will go toward Nils and Ove's college tuitions.
