Tragic Accident Claims a Promising Student's Life

"Update:- We have added Suresh Grandhi to receive the funds raised. To clarify how Suresh is Mahesh’s Uncle and as there’s no one else in the US closer to the family, Suresh has undertaken the task of sending the funds to Mahesh’s father in India.

Once the funds are transferred to Suresh’s account he is going to use platforms like money2india or western union to send the money to Mahesh's Father/Mother's bank account.

Dear Friends and Community,

We come together today to support the grieving family of Mahesh Boya, a bright and ambitious student from Concordia University Saint Paul, Minnesota. On a recent long drive to Duluth with his friends, tragedy struck when their car overturned while avoiding a deer on the road. In this unfortunate incident, the back glass of the car opened, and Mahesh fell under the vehicle, tragically losing his life on the spot. His friends thankfully suffered only minor injuries.

Mahesh came from a very poor background, hailing from a small village in Mahabubnagar district. Despite the challenges he faced, he had numerous aspirations and dreams for a better future. His father works as a contract worker in Maharashtra, and his mother is a dedicated housewife.

We cannot fathom the pain and loss that Mahesh's family is enduring at this moment. As a close-knit community, let us rally together and provide support to help alleviate the financial burden they now face. Funeral expenses, medical bills, and the various costs associated with such an unexpected tragedy can be overwhelming.

With that in mind, we have created this GoFundMe campaign to honor Mahesh's memory and extend a helping hand to his grieving family and send his mortal remains back home promptly. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in their lives during this trying time.

Let us show the power of compassion and unity by coming together to support Mahesh's family.
