The Southwestern Heights FFA Chapter has organized a GoFundMe to support the family of Seth Beaver.
Seth was a graduate of Southwestern Heights High School (Class of 2015). He and his brothers were active members of the Southwestern Heights FFA Chapter while in high school. As his agriculture teacher & FFA Advisor I always knew Seth to have a love for agriculture. He was never afraid of hard work and was always willing to get his hands dirty.
After high school Seth attended Garden City Community College where he earned an Associates Degree and his certification as a John Deere Technician. Seth truly loved his job in agriculture. He worked for many families within the communities of Kismet, Plains, and Meade. He made a living as the owner of Beaver Hay & Cattle and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those who called upon him for help. He will be truly missed.
On Thursday, September 28, 2023 at the age of 26 Seth Odell Beaver pass away in a farm accident involving a swather at a railroad crossing in rural Meade County.
