Jay dedicated 21 years of his life to the military, serving as a war veteran and retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. His love for the military and his commitment to serving his country were unparalleled. In his spare time, Jay enjoyed fishing with his buddies and working out. He was known for his great sense of humor, his ability to make people laugh, and his infectious smile, which will never be forgotten.
