Support the Family of Willie Kempf

Donation protected

On December 3, 2024, Willie Francis Kempf passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Willie was a devoted husband to Chelsea and a loving father to their five beautiful children: Grace (7), Belle (7), Braden (5), Lillian (4), and Blaise (2). His passing has left a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him.

Willie’s life was defined by his deep faith, love for his family, and passion for his community. Whether coaching his children, sharing stories from his baseball career, or contributing to the growth of his hometown, Willie lived with an unwavering commitment to those he cared for. Despite his busy career as a commercial real estate developer, he always made time for his family—returning home early from work to be with his children or taking the family on cherished road trips.

In his final year, Willie’s faith grew even stronger, inspiring him to leave a legacy of love, kindness, and service. He was a champion of Catholic education, working tirelessly to improve opportunities for young people in his community. His legacy lives on through the institutions he supported and the lives he touched.

As Chelsea navigates life as a single mother of five, we want to rally around her and the children to ensure they are supported during this incredibly difficult time. This fund will help cover:

• Day-to-day living expenses for the family
• Educational opportunities for the children
• Future support for the kids as they grow

Willie was a man who gave so much of himself to others. Now, we have the chance to honor his legacy by helping the family he loved so dearly. Just as Willie wore #26 on his jersey during his successful baseball career at Baylor, our $260,000 goal is to pay tribute to a man that was even more successful living the life of a champion. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and generosity. Please share this page with others who may wish to support the Kempf family.

Together, we can ensure that Willie’s legacy of love and generosity continues to shine through his beloved family.
