In Loving Memory of Sgt. CJ Foster
As many of you know, the Foster family recently endured an unfathomable loss. On November 29, 2024, their beloved son, Army Sgt. Christopher Jordan (CJ) Foster, (4th Battalion, 3rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Fort Sill, Oklahoma) died suddenly while serving his country overseas. Sgt. Foster participated in the Junior ROTC program in high school and enlisted in the Army upon graduation. Sgt. Foster was stationed in Oklahoma after basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood. During his career, Sgt. Foster deployed to Korea, Qatar, and the Middle East. He served honorably for five years and five months, and received accolades as a missile specialist. He was respected and beloved by military colleagues and commanders.
Those who knew CJ outside of the military will remember him as an intelligent, caring, hardworking young man whose radiant smile brightened every room. He went above and beyond to treat everyone with kindness and respect. He was an adoring brother, a devoted son, and a loving father. He will also be remembered as a respectful student, a loyal teammate, and a cherished friend to many.
Donté, Stacy, his adoring sisters Diana, Kennedy, and Kamryn, his daughter Sophie, and mom Shannon, will honor CJ with services on 12.13 and 12.14. Please consider a donation to help support the Foster family with final arrangements and ongoing expenses after they have laid their fallen hero to rest. Your support will be greatly appreciated during this sorrowful time.
