Greetings! We are the Fried Egg Workers Union, a young upstart unionizing effort by the workers at PDX's favorite breakfast sandwich spot, Fried Egg I'm In Love!

The Fried Egg Worker’s Union seeks to bring a modern and holistic paradigm shift to the world of fast-casual dining. We believe collective decision making and active forward thinking can engender a unique and exemplary dining experience for our guests and enshrine reasonable and powerful protections for our workers.
