Support the Goldsby’s After Drunk Driver Devastation

Last night, while Kyle, Lyndsey, and their children were enjoying a quiet evening watching a movie, their world was suddenly shattered by the most terrifying sound imaginable! A drunk driver crashed into their home. Thankfully, no one was injured, but the impact was severe. The driver, who had multiple empty alcohol containers in the car and was visibly impaired, caused significant damage to their house.

As a result, the Golsby family is now facing freezing temperatures as the house has a large hole that’s preventing their heat from working properly. They are currently assessing relocating to a motel. In addition to their immediate need for a place to stay if their home gets too cold, the family will need help covering their electric bill, hotel expenses, and the costs to begin repairing their home. They also have a deductible on their homeowner's insurance, which will add to the financial burden. While insurance should kick in to help with repairs, the timeline for this is unknown and the family may have to start repairs prior to insurance payout.

The Golsby’s are incredibly grateful that no one was hurt, but they need support during this time. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help them begin the process of rebuilding their home and getting their lives back to normal.
