Since I was a child in Mexico, I always dreamed of having my own flower shop. In every life project, I imagined a small store filled with flowers, colors, and scents that would bring joy to people. That dream led me to the United States, hoping to make it come true.

The journey wasn’t easy. When I arrived, I faced discrimination for my imperfect English and for being part of the LGBTQ+ community. But I promised myself that nothing would stop me. I believed in myself, worked hard, and found my purpose in flowers. I learned the art of floral design while working in a flower shop, where my boss taught me the beauty of this craft. With time, I gained confidence and decided to take the biggest step of my life.

I started by selling flower boxes on social media and bouquets on the streets of Tucson—in Downtown and at nightclubs. My passion and dedication led me to the perfect space for my business. I used to walk past what is now The Green Room and dream of turning it into my flower shop. One day, I took a leap of faith and signed the lease, not knowing exactly how I would make it work, but believing this was my destiny.

Thanks to the support of so many people and the Tucson community, we have spent the last three years transforming this space into a home for flowers and special moments. We have felt the love and support of every person who has walked through our doors, and that has given us the strength to keep going.

Like many small businesses, we are now facing hard times. We want to continue serving our community, creating beauty, and sharing our passion, but we need your support to keep going.
