Support the Grobes

Hi all,

Many of you seeing this request know me, but for those of you that don't, my name is Joe Ortiz. I have been one of Andy Grobe's best friends for as long as I can remember; at least 25 years.

As you may know, Andy suffered a massive heart-attack recently which has led to extensive medical complications. We are all still hoping and praying that this story has a happy ending, but we want to stay grounded in reality; at this point, even a happy ending is likely to present considerable challenges for Andy and his family moving forward. Andy's beautiful family, Ashley, Cami (2 & 1/2 yrs old), and Henry (7 weeks old) continue to give everything they have, fighting for Andy every second of every day. Their love has been, and continues to be, unwavering and we are all just doing our best to support them with our collective strength.

Many people have reached out to those of us closest to Andy and Ashley, asking for ways they can help; I am setting up this fundraiser to attempt to start collecting some of that help in one place.

I will continue to update this page with pertinent information when I can. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers.
