Send the Harlem Rails to BattleCry@WPI on May 31!

Donation protected
The Harlem Rails has a unique opportunity to participate in the prestigious off-season robotics event, BattleCry@WPI on May 31st. Acclaimed as "the best off-season event in FIRST," this event brings together 60 teams for one final showdown. We are reaching out to you, our potential donors, to help us raise the funds needed to cover registration, robot batteries, transportation, parts, hotels, food, and more for this exciting competition. Your support will allow our seniors to witness our robot, Heavy Metal, in action one last time and provide the entire team another opportunity to learn, plan, and gear up for next year. We are deeply grateful for your consideration and support.

The Harlem Rails is not just a robotics team but a transformative experience for students from Columbia Secondary School, paving the way for their success in STEM. Columbia Secondary is a NYC public school in Harlem known for its excellent STEM program and academically talented students. Our robotics team, a part of the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), provides incredible opportunities to work with engineering machinery, giving our members a tangible introduction to life as an engineer. As a STEM school, our robotics team is an excellent opportunity to dive into the engineering world! Many of our robotics alums, who are now in top engineering schools such as RIT, Columbia University, MIT, and WPI, are a testament to the life-changing impact of our program. Your support can help us continue to inspire and prepare the next generation of engineers.
