Support the Hope & Generosity Tour Across America

Imagine a journey through the heart of America's small towns, not just to discover, but to celebrate the unsung heroes who make these communities thrive. 'The Hope & Generosity Tour' is not just a series; it's a movement, spotlighting the incredible acts of kindness that often go unnoticed. By shadowing these stalwarts of their community and sharing their stories, we're not only acknowledging their contributions but also inspiring a ripple effect of generosity.
At the end of our time with each individual, we'll give back to them, in the form of a $1,000 no-strings-attached gift to do with whatever they choose. They can keep it for themselves, give it away to someone else, buy a swingset for the local park, etc.
Josie's Story
Meet Josie, the heartbeat of 'The Hope & Generosity Tour.' A classic 1982 VW Vanagon camper with a personality as rich as her history, Josie is not just a vehicle but a storyteller, carrying the spirit of adventure and generosity through the backroads of America.
With every creak of her doors and hum of her engine, Josie brings an authentic, nostalgic charm to our journey. She's a testament to the beauty of restoration and resilience—principles that resonate deeply with the heroes we spotlight.
As we traverse the country, Josie isn't just transporting us from town to town; she's weaving a tale of connection, endurance, and the timeless joy of hitting the open road in pursuit of something greater. Follow Josie and me on this extraordinary expedition, where every breakdown is a story, and every mile a memory.
'The Hope & Generosity Tour,' with Josie at the helm, is more than a mission—it's a moving testament to the power of community, kindness, and the enduring human spirit.
Join us, support us, and be a part of this journey to fuel hope and celebrate the spirit of giving across the nation!
While the heart of our tour beats strong, the financial reality of undertaking such a journey requires community support. Your contributions will directly fund the tour's expenses and the donations to the unsung heroes we spotlight. Here's how the budget is allocated:
$15,000 will go directly to 15 local heroes across the towns we visit, as a token of appreciation and support for their causes.
$5,000 will cover the operational costs of the tour, including fuel for Josie, maintenance, food, etc.
Project Backstory
In 2006, during my first cross-country trip through America's heartland, I met Pastor Pam Sebastian. Her dedication and selfless generosity stuck with me the whole trip. When I returned, the genesis for this project began to form. I wondered: Could I make a similar trip through America's small towns and find other stories like Pam's to share? All these years later, The Hope & Generosity Tour is born.
I recently returned to meet with Pam to tell her that she would be the first recipient of the $1,000 gift that the project was providing to people. This is her reaction:
How You Can Make a Difference:
Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to these communities and the heroes who deserve recognition. Not only does your support fuel the journey, but it also amplifies the message of hope and generosity across the nation. Together, we can create a wave of positive change and unity.
Transparency & Accountability:
We pledge transparency and accountability for every dollar contributed. Regular updates will be provided on our GoFundMe page, showcasing the tour's progress, the stories of the heroes we meet, and the impact of your contributions.
Join us in driving 'The Hope and Generosity Tour' across the nation. Your support fuels our journey, empowers community heroes, and weaves a story of unity and generosity that spans across America's small towns. Let's hit the road with Josie and spread hope and generosity together!"
Please donate now to help spark a movement of kindness and unity. Share our campaign with your friends and family, and follow Josie's journey as we embark on this unforgettable adventure!
