Support the Jermany Family After Devastating Fire

My parents, Clarence and Billie (Rene) Jermany, lost everything in the devastating Boyles Fire yesterday 9/8/24 in Clearlake, CA. I’m starting this fund for anything to help them.

Besides the clothes on their back, the cars they drove off in and the people accounted for, they were not able to grab anything else. My Mom set her phone down to try to get my Grandma out of the house and she wasn’t even able to go back for that. I couldn’t find her for what felt like hours yesterday. Thankfully, my brother was there to get my Grandma out because my Mom couldn’t do it alone and my Dad was on his way home from work. By the time he got there it was already too late…

Our entire family is being affected by this tragic loss. My parents are the glue that holds us together and my Mom does so much for so many each and every day. She is the full time caregiver for my 87 year old Grandma. My Mom does everything for her, day in and day out. She has also cared for my two nieces and my nephew on and off for several years now. My younger brother and sister, both away at college right now, still called it home as well. Along with my parents, they too lost everything they owned that was in the house.

My parents have housed and helped so many people, to this day, in their time of need. Family or not, they’ve extended their hand on countless occasions. Now they are the ones that need help.
