Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Michael Boyd, and it is with a heavy heart that I share the devastating news of the sudden and unexpected passing of my beloved wife, Kathleen Boyd, on September 29. Kathleen was not just a devoted wife to me, but also a loving mother to our sons, Michael Jr. and John. She was a dedicated title officer and a cherished friend to so many.

Kathleen’s faith was deep, and her warmth touched everyone she met. She was truly the backbone of our family, radiating love and support. Her passions included reading, Hawaiian music, classic movies, art, and shopping—simple joys that she shared with those around her. Above all, she loved being a mother and took great pride in her work as a title officer at Southwest Land Title, where she rose to the role of Chief Title Officer. She was the primary provider for our family, and her absence is felt profoundly.

As we navigate this unimaginable loss, both Michael Jr. and John, along with myself, are facing significant emotional and financial hardships. In this incredibly difficult time, we want to ensure that the Boyd family receives the support we so desperately need.
