Support the Keep Kids Reading Fundraiser

Kids who are out of school and under coronavirus lockdown need books both to keep up their reading skills and also provide escape and entertainment. New York Times bestselling author Laurie R. King will donate all proceeds from this fundraiser to the Keep Kids Reading fund at Bookshop Santa Cruz (for more details, see https://www.bookshopsantacruz.com/keep-kids-reading-fundraiser).

Laurie will start the fund with $100 of her own, with the following special prizes when donations reach these levels:

$250: Laurie reads “The Owl and the Pussycat” (with illustrations)
$500: Laurie reads “Mrs Hudson’s Case” (with illustrations)
$1000: Laurie reads two chapters of her forthcoming novel, Riviera Gold
