We are heartbroken to share the devastating loss of Elliott Drake King, a beloved 17-year-old son, brother, and friend. After a courageous battle with cancer, Elliott passed away on October 20, 2024. Elliott was a bright light in his community—a talented musician, a dedicated student, and a cherished member of Granville High School's Class of 2026. His passion for music was evident in his contributions to the GHS Wind Ensemble and Marching Band, where he played the baritone, sousaphone, and tuba, as well as his participation in Concert Band and steel drums.

Elliott's kindness, strength, and spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He leaves behind a loving family, including his father Shane King, step-mother Sarah, mother Emily Puterbaugh, and his siblings Isaac, Adam, Lily, and Jacob. The family is navigating an unimaginable loss, and while they are surrounded by love, they are also facing significant challenges during this time.
