Children’s Future Education Fund in Memory of Matt Krause

Two heartbreaking years after Matt Krause’s initial glioblastoma diagnosis, he lost his brave battle and the Krause family said goodbye to their beloved husband and father.

Matt fought his brain cancer diagnosis hard with his sweet wife, Carmen, and his adoring children, Wesley, Hunter, and Audrey by his side the whole time. Their community has prayed BIG prayers for peace, patience, and most of all, healing. The Krause family fully believes that though earthly healing wasn’t the Lord’s plan for Matt, he is now restored and resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus!

As the family moves through a season of grief and into a future without their precious dad, we know those who love Matt, Carmen, and the kids will be looking for ways to support the Krause family.

As Carmen and the children prepare to celebrate Matt’s life, we are seeking your generous support for their journey ahead. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers or other gifts, to consider donating to this GoFundMe. The money raised will go directly to the children, ensuring their world remains as normal as possible in the coming months and will also go to fund their educational opportunities in the future.

Additionally, Carmen is so grateful for the friends who provided them with dinners, snacks, and other goodies during Matt’s treatment journey. We plan to continue supporting the Krause family with meals (via Meal Train) for as long as they feel it would be helpful.
