Support The Leach Family after Richards Sudden Passing
Donation protected
On Monday, September 30, 2024, my beautiful sister, Becky Lynn Jewkes Leach, and her family experienced the devastating loss of their beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Richard Leach, due to a sudden and unexpected heart attack.
Richard was an incredibly hardworking man who always strived to provide the best for his family. Despite being a journeyman for heating and air conditioning his entire career, his health challenges over the last several years made it extremely difficult for him to find steady, profitable work, especially as a 62-year-old facing declining health, putting a financial strain on everything..
Becky is an incredibly dedicated and hardworking Mother and Grandmother. She is a special-needs bus driver with an amazing gift of patience and empathy for the children and families she works with. Her career choice reflects her admirable commitment to help those in need. Myself, as a mother of a special-needs child, I deeply appreciate the importance of people like my sister who take on some of the most challenging yet underpaid jobs in our communities.
Despite their hard work, Becky and Richard were unable to afford any significant life insurance. The small amount they did have will not cover the bare necessities of his funeral costs.
Becky would never ask for help herself, so I am asking on her behalf. If you would like to ease some of the significant burdens she will face in the near future, any contribution would be more appreciated than words can express. And in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation instead.
Thank you in advance for your support during this difficult time.
