Support the Leal Family in the Loss of Our Angel, Joey Vigil

On Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, heaven called home our beloved angel, Joel "Joey" Louie Vigil. At the tender age of fourteen years, Joey was taken unexpectedly from his mother, Jozette Leal, the Leal family, and everyone who’s ever been fortunate enough to know and love him. Joey was universally known as “a good kid”, and his genuine nature left a lasting impression on anyone who’s ever felt his light. Joey may have been young in age, but his soul was old. The empathy and love that he was always known to express has made his loss particularly devastating, and none of us will ever be the same.

Given the unexpected nature of Joey’s passing, Jozette and the Leal family are now in the position of having to pay for funeral expenses, in addition to the financial strains that accompany her inability to return to work as she mourns the loss of her son. We are asking for the help of extended family and friends to assist in ensuring that Joey receives the funeral deserving of such a special boy.
