All donations go directly to the Christopher Arsenault Irrevocable Trust, which was established by Christopher himself in May 2023 to protect the sanctuary and ensure long-term care for the animals he rescued.

These funds are not for personal use. As Trustee, Kristen Arsenault oversees all funds in accordance with the Trust’s terms and will distribute them solely for the benefit of the cats—supporting veterinary care, rescue efforts, safe housing, and future sanctuary development.

We are working tirelessly to protect the animals, secure proper oversight of Happy Cat, Inc., and fulfill the mission Christopher dedicated his life to.
