Support the Lustgarten Foundation in Honor of My Aunt, Mala
Tax deductible
My aunt, or as I call her, Mala Masi, has always been a beacon of light, kindness, and inspiration. Throughout her life, she has selflessly dedicated herself to giving back and helping others achieve their fullest potential. As an educator, she touched the lives of hundreds of students, nurturing them and guiding them along their own paths in life. Her compassion didn't stop there—she also raised two incredible children, Neil and Nikki, who are her pride and joy, all while being a loving and supportive presence in the lives of so many others.
Growing up, I was fortunate enough to witness the beautiful, unshakeable bond she shared with my mother. They have been best friends for years, and through every stage of life—whether navigating the challenges of motherhood or offering support through difficult times—they have always been there for each other. Watching their friendship grow has been a powerful example of love, strength, and resilience.
Now, as my aunt faces one of the toughest challenges of her life—battling pancreatic cancer—her courage continues to inspire me and so many others. In her honor, I am running a 20-mile trail race to raise funds for the Lustgarten Foundation, an organization that has been instrumental in advancing research for pancreatic cancer.
I hope this story will inspire you to join me in supporting this amazing cause. Even a small donation can make a difference in the fight against pancreatic cancer and continue my aunt's lifelong tradition of giving back. Please help me raise funds to support the critical research that could one day save lives like hers.
If you know someone who enjoys books, Mala has also written a children's book, which is available through the link here .
Thank you for your generosity and support.
