Support the McCrary Family After Fire Loss

On January 8, 2025, our sweet friends Rob and Tammy McCrary, along with Tammy's twin daughters Scarlett and Cassidy, Mama De, as well as their sweet doggies Buddy and Gidget, experienced a devastating loss of their home as a result of the Altadena "Eaton" fire. Rob and Tammy were evacuated in the middle of the night with very little time to prepare, and even though all are safe, the emotional toll this is having on them is very great. As a result, the devastation goes far beyond the loss of the home itself. They faced the loss of all their personal possessions, their memories, their cherished treasures, most of which can never be replaced. It is our hope that friends, family, and community will come together during this difficult time to support Tammy and Rob as best we can. We kindly ask that, if you are able, please donate what you can to help them through this very difficult time. Currently, they are without even the barest of essentials.

Rob has given his life serving the community as an officer of the law. Retired from Pomona PD, he continues to serve the Los Angeles Police Department. We are grateful for the many years of service he has given to keep our communities safe.

As can be expected, if you know Tammy well, you know that this has taken a severe emotional toll on her, as losing the home she cherished means losing a big piece of herself.

The twins, Scarlett and Cassidy, are also having to experience the tragic loss of the place they've called home for the past 9 years, and Gidget and Buddy are no doubt confused by all that is happening.

Mama De is loved by everyone who knows her! She is also feeling the depth of this great loss to her daughter, as she lived in the home with them as well. She wants to extend her appreciation to everyone who has called and texted in support of the family.

Everyone is asking how they can help. The quickest and easiest way to help immediately is by donating. Gift cards for the basics such as Ralph's, Target, Costco, etc. are also greatly appreciated.

We want to thank everyone in advance for all of the sweet comments and supportive texts that have been received. Both Tammy and Rob are taking this time to process all that has occurred and what their plans to move forward will be. Neither of them ever thought they would be in a position to need this kind of support and would never ask for it themselves. With that in mind, they extend their deep appreciation to all who support them through this extremely difficult time.
