Support the NW7Hub Foodbank : A Hand to Hope

We are a small independent charity based in Mill Hill. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we opened a Foodbank to support our community. The cost of living crisis has increased the demand for our Foodbank, and we have continued to develop our service to ensure that residents feel heard and supported. Since March 2020, we have supported over 400 households, operating twice a week and during holiday periods. This has been possible thanks to the support of local residents, other charities, and a long partnerships with Barnet Food Hub funded by Barnet Council. Together, we have addressed issues of food poverty, health inequality, and food waste in Mill Hill and surrounding areas.

Sadly, Barnet Food Hub will close at the end of September after 4 years of supporting Barnet Foodbanks and as Barnet Council can no longer support us, we urgently need your help.

Your donation supports a family in need and you can help make a signifcant impact in fighting food and health inequality in our community. Although it might not eliminate hunger, it will greatly reduce it and improve overall well-being of our community. With financial assistance from you, we can buy non-perishable items and more.

We believe that access to food is a basic human need, and with your help, not only can we address a broken food system, we can help build a stronger, more resilient community.

Thank you so much for your support.
