Support the O'Bryan Family

Hi! Our names are Tara Wing and Barb Austin and we are friends of the O'Bryan Family.

To know the O'Bryans is to love the O'Bryans and right now Sue, Mike, Scottie and Lily need our love and support more than ever.

This past February Sue had hip replacement surgery. One month to the day Mike had a medical emergency, which unfortunately ended with a diagnosis of lymphoma. Mike is presently undergoing chemotherapy to treat his cancer. He has spent a great deal of time in the hospital over the last few months. As you can imagine the medical bills are piling up. Mike is unable to work during his treatment and his disability pay is much less than his regular pay. The chemotherapy and cancer have compounded his visual impairment, which is most likely to lead to another eye surgery before he can return to work. The family has been hit with several unexpected challenges in addition to the medical expenses (not to mention two kids who hope to return to college in the fall).

The O’Bryan’s are very humble and find it difficult to ask for help. No one ever imagines themselves to be in this situation. This is where you come in…. We are asking family, friends, neighbors, baseball family and the community to rally behind the O'Bryan's and pitch in to help them through this difficult time. They have always stepped up to help others in their time of need, and now it is our turn to help them.
