Support the Pellegrini family after a house fire

Please help support the Pellegrini family after a house fire.

We are the sisters of Ann Pellegrini (nee Vering) and want to support her and her family in rebuilding their lives. On October 26, 2023, an unexpected house fire destroyed their house.

There was a gas line leak which started in the kitchen and spread rapidly. At the time our nephew Eric and our brother-in-law Jim acted quickly saving themselves and the two dogs, Emma and Rain. The Merrionette Park Fire Department arrived to put out the fire and also rescue another pet, Eric's bearded dragon - Gerald. As of today, her dog Rain is living in Missouri with her daughter Anna and Gerald is staying with a friend.

The fire was aggressive and destroyed half the house, while the smoke, soot and water damaged the rest. Everything was lost, except their lives and clothes on their backs. Ann's family is displaced; Ann and Eric living with her sister Paula and Jim living with his brother Bob (due to Jim's allergies to cats). They have tried living in a hotel, however with animals and stress, they have found living with siblings is a safe, comforting place for them; which they need the most right now.

They have lived in this house since 2000. Everything within the house is destroyed, items in the attic like papers and pictures the kids did when they were younger, keepsakes and photo albums burned up.

As you can see, the damage is significant. We are asking for donations to help what was lost in their house. Any donations are appreciated, and prayers are always welcomed.
