Rafael Perez Cabrerra, 53 years of age was brutally assaulted near his home during a morning walk with his dogs. He suffered several blows to the head causing severe head trauma. Clinically he is considered brain dead, needing life support.
He leaves behind four children, nine grandchildren, an extended family who saw Rafael as father and grandfather.
The Perez family is in a difficult situation being that Rafael resides in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. Our mother is one of the caretakers traveling from California to be with our father. We ask for your prayers and financial assistance for lodging (for the caretakers), medical expenses, medication to keep Rafael stable and as comfortable as he can be, until he naturally passes. These funds will be used for proper burial where we can lay our father to rest here in mexico.

Rafael Pérez Cabrerra, de 53 años de edad, fue brutalmente agredido cerca de su domicilio durante un paseo matutino con sus perros. Sufrió varios golpes en la cabeza que le provocaron un severo traumatismo craneoencefálico. Clínicamente se le considera con muerte cerebral y necesita soporte vital.
Deja cuatro hijos, nueve nietos y una familia extensa que veía a Rafael como padre y abuelo.
La familia Pérez se encuentra en una situación difícil ya que Rafael reside en Guadalajara, Jalisco México. Nuestra madre es una de las cuidadoras que viaja desde California para estar con nuestro padre. Les pedimos sus oraciones y ayuda financiera para alojamiento (para los cuidadores), gastos médicos, medicamentos para mantener a Rafael estable y lo más cómodo posible, hasta que fallezca naturalmente. Estos fondos se utilizarán para un entierro adecuado donde podamos dejar descansar a nuestro padre aquí en México.
