Help Support the Quattrocchi Family After a Tragic Christmas Eve Golf Cart Hit-and-Run Crash in Lake Clarke Shores.
Steve, Nicole, Sabrina, and Stevie Quattrocchi were enjoying the holiday season on their golf cart, admiring Christmas lights, when tragedy struck. A pickup truck collided with their cart at full speed, causing it to flip multiple times. The family was thrown from the cart, landing in the street, and Stevie was pinned under the golf cart.
Neighbors rushed to their aid, offering immediate assistance until medics arrived. The family was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center, where two of them remain hospitalized, facing extensive injuries and a long road to recovery.
This devastating hit-and-run has left the Quattrocchi family in need of community support during this challenging time. Let’s come together to assist with their medical expenses and financial needs while police continue their efforts to locate the driver responsible.
The injuries they are facing:
• Stevie (12) suffered a broken leg in two places and underwent surgery on Christmas Day. He is expected to be in a hip-to-toe cast. Stevie also sustained a deep laceration on his other leg, which required cleaning and stitches. He is scheduled for a second surgery on 12/26/24 and hopes to be discharged by 12/28/24.
• Sabrina (13) experienced severe road rash and soreness. She has been discharged but remains at the hospital to support her family.
• Nicole (Mom) suffered a brain bleed, painful road rash, kidney bruising, and limited mobility. She was released on Christmas night but continues to face significant recovery challenges.
• Steve (Dad) sustained broken ribs, a broken back, and a concussion. He will need a back brace and therapy to regain mobility and is expected to be discharged between 12/27/24 and 12/28/24.
With both parents unable to work for an extended period, the Quattrocchi family faces mounting financial pressures. Your support can help them cover medical expenses, therapy, and other needs as they rebuild their lives after this traumatic event.
Please consider donating and sharing this post to ease their burden and show the strength of our Lake Clarke Shores community.
Thank you for your generosity and compassion during this difficult time.
