Help the Rasmussen MacDonald Family Through Loss

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am asking for friends and family of the Rasmussen/MacDonald clan to help lift them up through the unimaginable and unexpected loss of their mother, Sue Rasmussen.

On Saturday, September 30th, Sue was rushed to the ER by her children for a medical emergency. There she went through multitudes of medical tests and diagnostics to find the cause of the issue. During this time Sue suffered through strokes and a seizure, and a blood infection was finally found to be just the start of what was causing her issues. They began treatment for the infection immediately in hopes to make her healthy enough to fight the rest of her health issues.

Sue fought incredibly hard to stay with her beloved children and grandchildren. They were all beside her on the morning of October 4th when she took her last breaths and left to be with her husband, Gary, for the rest of time.

For all of us that know Sue and the family, she was truly a pillar of the family- especially so after the family had already lost Gary years earlier. Not only a beloved mom and mother-in-law, she was also a devoted and doting grandmother for all six of her young grandchildren. Her home was the hub of family gatherings, and she was incredibly active in her children and grandchildren's lives.

The loss of Sue was completely unexpected and unplanned for, and being self-employed many of her medical and funeral arrangements will be left uncovered. She leaves behind three families with very young children who are reeling from not only losing her but mountains of bills and hard decisions on how to go forward.

Any donation made will go towards medical bills, saving her home, and settling the rest of her expenses. I know there are so many people that love this family and know how much Sue meant to everyone, and I am asking everyone to give or share anything they can. This family deserves it after losing both parents far too soon.
