Hello everybody, my name is Sarah and on May 30th, 2025, I will be participating in a tandem skydive in Gran Canaria to help raise funds for Samaritans in Spain which is an important service for those who may be facing mental health challenges and need support.

Samaritans in Spain provides a free and accessible support line to all English speakers, regardless of nationality, whether they live on the mainland or the islands. Many individuals may find themselves in distress yet feel isolated due to language barriers. This charity offers a safe space for them to express their feelings and receive the support they need.

The funds raised from this skydive will directly support the operation and growth of Samaritans in Spain' services, which rely on volunteers. By contributing, you'll help ensure that this invaluable resource continues to be available to those who need it most, allowing more individuals to find hope and support in challenging times. This will be a significant challenge for me, as it will be my very first skydive. I struggle with even climbing a ladder, so successfully completing this dive will be a massive step in overcoming my fear of heights.

The cost of travel, skydive etc will be covered by me. All funds collected will go directly to the charity
