Support the Santana Family in Memory of Michael

Dear Friends and Supporters,

On behalf of family, friends, and Asset Living, we are reaching out to you with heavy hearts to support the family of Michael Santana during this incredibly difficult time. Michael was unexpectedly taken from us on August 27, 2024, at the young age of 23.

Michael’s journey in the apartment industry began early. At just 14, he started volunteering in community outreach initiatives with his mother, Liz Saavedra of Asset Living. His passion for the industry and giving back only grew as he matured. After graduating high school, Michael quickly advanced in the multifamily housing industry, rising from porter to maintenance tech. Earlier this year, he found his professional home with Asset Living as a Maintenance Pro and was eagerly working towards earning national industry credentials this Fall.

Michael was known not only for his dedication to his career but also for his kindness, generosity, and fierce protection of those he loved. He was excited to start his own family with his fiancée, Michaela, who is also a leasing professional with Asset Living.

In this time of profound loss, we have an opportunity to show our support and help ease the burden on Michael’s family. Any contribution, no matter the size, will be gratefully received. All donations will go directly to the Santana family to assist them during this period of mourning and transition.
