Support the Schine Family

With four kids between the ages of 6 and 13, it seems like all of Kensington knows the Schine Family. Katie and Lance are always there for us, whether running carpools or leading the Cub Scout camp out. Now it’s time we return the favor. 

While Lance recovers from injuries sustained in a car accident in May, Katie will be hiring a babysitter to help with the kids over the summer. This will help her balance meaningful time at home and time with Lance in Baltimore for his inpatient rehab. The doctors are optimistic; he’s a fighter and is already working hard on his recovery! 

So many in our community have reached out, asking how they can help—Katie and Lance thank you (and so do we)! Please consider donating to cover the costs of the Schine’s summer sitter. Our goal is $10,000 which will cover the full costs of summer childcare.
