Support the Seidl Family
Austin Seidl 6 years old needs your thoughts and prayer tonight. Austin just finished his 3rd round of chemo treatment and did not get the test results wanted. His cancer is still not in remission and will require a bone marrow transplant soon. He is back in the hospital tonight 4/23/2023 to start immunotherapy. This is to get him ready for the transplant.
Austin who is age 6, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on December 5th and started chemo treatments on December 8th. Treatment for Austin is expected to extend over the next two years.
Josh Seidl, a Glen Rose native and class of 2005 graduate, was diagnosed with a very rare type of blood cancer on October 3rd of this year. He and his family (wife Jessica and their two boys, AJ and Austin) were uprooted from their home in Montana to relocate to Seattle, Washington so they could be closer to medical specialists for testing and treatments. Josh’s treatment consists of preparing his body for a bone marrow transplant which he will receive sometime after the first of the year. Both Josh and Austin have very lengthy treatment/recovery periods ahead of them.
This family has been through so much already this year including the unexpected passing of Josh’s father, Terry Seidl, from a massive heart attack back in August.
Please consider making a donation to this family. Both Josh and Jessica are unable to work during this time and they are staying in an apartment that is 25 minutes from the hospitals/specialists. They are in need of financial assistance with rent, food, gas, and personal needs. Every little bit helps. Thank you and God Bless!
