Support the Simonson family.

As many of you know, Alix passed away on January 6th. She fought a long hard battle in the ICU for 22 days, but her body could no longer keep up the fight. She is now with God, and we are left to grieve her loss.

She is survived by two sons. Alix leaves behind her fiance Larry, and they have a 4 year old son Hunter. Larry is now faced with the reality of starting their lives over without Alix, now raising Hunter alone.

Our family has been crushed by this loss. All of the prayers and messages we have received from friends and family have been so appreciated, even though we have not been able to respond to everyone. It lightens our burden to feel the love and support from so many people.

So many of you have asked how you can help or if there is anything you can do for our family. The main focus we have right now is Hunter, and how we can support him and Larry through their loss. Larry would never ask for help, so we asked his permission to create this GoFundMe. Larry is a hard-working, amazing dad and the family would like to ease his financial burden during this time.

All the funds received will go directly to Larry, to relieve the stress of the upcoming expenses of raising Hunter alone. Hunter needs extra time and love from his dad right now, and this fund can assist with the healing and moving forward to their new path.

Our family would like to thank you all for the prayers, and ask that you keep sending them. We are forever changed. This loss is heartbreaking and crushing. However our family is strong, and we will get through this one day at a time, together. Alix is watching over us from heaven and that brings us comfort.
