Support the Staff of Ol'Beautiful Brewery

Since 2017, Ol’ Beautiful’s time-worn and well-loved taproom provided a casual and inclusive space, welcoming all in the heart of Inglewood.

Over the years the taproom became a gathering space which hosted workshops, concerts, fundraisers, and frequent community focused events.

A dedicated and loyal team of 15 bartenders were the heart and soul of Ol’ Beautiful, and now these wonderful people are without their home away from home and without a reliable income. Insurance unfortunately does not provide financial support for these employees during this abrupt period of transition, and it’s evident that the community wants to ensure they land on their feet.

The goal with this fundraiser is to provide financial support for upcoming necessities such as rent, bills, and groceries while these team members unexpectedly seek new employment opportunities and process the tragedy of the fire. Buying Ol’ Beautiful beer is currently supporting the 14 employees who did not work in the taproom and who continue to keep production and sales operations afloat.

Ol’ Beautiful is hopeful that someday in the not too distant future, you’ll find the taproom’s familiar and friendly faces pouring beer and welcoming folks at the re-opening. For now, your support is greatly appreciated and allows Ol’B to focus their energy on what happens next, knowing that their taproom team will be okay.

The Alberta Small Brewers Association supports and advocates for Alberta's small breweries. ASBA has started this GoFundMe to support the staff of Ol'Beautiful and assure supporters the funds will be directed to exactly where stated. The support of the brewing community, and the beer enthusiasts around Alberta means so much to all of Alberta's small brewers.
