Support the Strafford Family

On February 23, 2023, Kimberly Strafford peacefully passed away after a hard-fought and courageous battle against stage 4 breast cancer. If you knew Kim you were the lucky one. There was no one better in this world than Kim. She was the best Wife, Mother, Daughter(in-law), Sister(in-law), Aunt, Niece, Cousin and Friend. Kim was one of a kind and will be deeply missed by so many people that she touched.

Kim leaves behind her devoted husband Dan and three beautiful daughters, Nora (7th grader at McDevitt), Maeve (5th grader at Fitzgerald) and Aelish (Kindergartener at Fitzgerald).

Kim loved. She loved everyone she came in contact with and was loved back but her most beloved were Dan and her girls. As said by her husband Dan “When asked recently about anything she wanted to make sure of or accomplish if her time was short, she simply said, “I want to make sure my family is ok.” It was always about the ones she loved.”

From a very young age, Kim was witty, charismatic and a performer. She had a deep love for the arts, acting, teaching and writing which she carried into her adult life. Her passion for acting and writing touched so many lives including our community where she taught classes at Waltham Park and Recreation.

We would like to alleviate the financial burden during this time of sadness and pain. Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated. We live in such an amazing community that comes together for friends and family that need support. We welcome everyone to keep the Strafford family in your thoughts and prayers.
