Support the Stubblefields: Eaton Fire Recovery

Hello All,

My dear friends Elizabeth and Troy lost their home and all of their belongings in the Eaton fire this week. We are grateful that they are all safe, but the loss is devastating, and they will need support to rebuild their lives and to cover their immediate needs.

The Stubblefields were long-time residents of Valley Center, CA but this past summer they relocated to Altadena for a job opportunity and to live with and care for Troy's parents. Like many others affected by the fires, they are currently in a hotel and desperately searching for long-term housing. They are in need of a place for 6 adults and their three pets and are specifically looking in the Northridge area for proximity to work.

Elizabeth has spent years supporting, encouraging and educating her fellow adoptive moms (myself included), and has made a huge impact on the foster, adoptive, kinship care community in Southern California. This is our opportunity to support and encourage her and her precious family.
