Support the Swanwick FoodFair
Donation protected
On Wednesday November 9th,2016, at 6:15 pm, the Swanwick Food Fair was robbed at gunpoint and James, the store owner was injured trying to protect his livelihood...Linda his wife was also present, scared to see her husband being beaten up. James was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. James and Linda are heartbroken that the business they has worked so hard to build and serve our little Upper beach community was targeted senselessly...
Two masked men escaped with $5000 of their earnings... insurance will not cover this loss. The surveillance camera in the store is outdated and was not much help. James was physically assaulted today walking his dog and once again violated in this little "safe" neighbourhood we call home.
I am sure that us, as loving neighbours, can help a bit by contributing some money so that we can make this little corner store whole again...make things right...make it so the robbers don't win.... and perhaps James and Linda can purchase a new surveillance camera to be installed as a safety measure.
Any donations help.... let's make this right.
Thank you!!!
