Support the Tremante-Dean family After Eaton Fire
Donation protected
I am raising relief funds for my best friends, Elizabeth, Ben, and Iris Dean Tremante, after they lost everything in the Eaton fire. Elizabeth and Ben are incredible artists, and they each also lost their studios and everything in them. Iris is a high schooler who has overcome tremendous adversity in her life and is an outstanding student and ballet dancer.
Like so many, they will need to rebuild and replace everything in their lives. Please help generously if you can.
Elizabeth also currently has an exhibition of paintings up in Los Angeles at Serious Topics until February, and you can purchase her brilliant work right now! (I'm biased, but I really do think she is a genius artist - her paintings about women, motherhood, feminism, and the art world are SO good): https://www.serious-topics.com/2024tremante/
She will have another show in Miami in March at Spinello Projects, and you can buy work from there, too! https://spinelloprojects.com/
About me and this fundraiser: I am Micol Hebron, an artist in LA. I have been Elizabeth's close friend for nearly 30 years. She and I have performed together, I was there for Iris' birth, and she was the one to first teach me about native plants, and to love trees. Ben, who is also an amazing artist and digital media mastermind, has helped me with the mechanical components of countless projects over the years. This fundraiser is to help Elizabeth and her family get back on their feet - to buy clothes, food, art supplies, and basic day-to-day life stuff. Every cent will go to the family. I know that there are SO many in need right now. I thank you very much for contributing if you're able.
(and if you can't contribute money now, they will need many household things and art supplies soon, as they start to rebuild their lives)
Thank you for your support at this very difficult time.
